Your hairstylist should do a thorough consultation with you before they cut your hair. Before they even shampoo you, you and the stylist should be on the same page about what is going on. If you’ve had issues in the past, maybe you should schedule a consultation separate from your actual haircut so that you can make sure it’s not rushed. Also bringing pictures is ALWAYS helpful because then there is a visual and it takes out a lot of miscommunications that can occur. Also make sure that you are going to be confident wearing a style before you get it. Just because something looks good on a model in a picture, does not mean that it would be the perfect hair for you. Maybe you need to try a new stylist, bring pictures with you, and be very assertive about what you want. If you are not clear, then the stylist has no choice but to go with their instinct. Dye does NOT make your hair fall out. If your hair falls out after you dye it….I don’t even know what that means, but it’s not normal. If you are going to get your eyebrows dyed, go to a professional. Your hairstylist should not do it for you because that is not a part of a cosmotologist’s job description. An aestetician should do this for you. You should not use hairdye on your eyebrows, there are more mild formulas made for your facial hair. If your eyebrows fall off after you dye them, someone fucked you over.

i would check out Vidal Sassoon styles on their website. They always have really cute, chic short haircuts and constantly have new collections coming out. Make sure you go to someone who knows bone structure.
